Problem: We need a way to display relevant industry insights and content for businesses
User Problem Statement: As a customer of Mometive products, I want to be able to review not just my insights but other learnings they have to share, so that I can get the best value out of being a subscriber
Opportunity: How might we create a better open newsroom for all the data we have and produce?
Hypothesis: By implementing better visual elements, a streamlined category navigation and improving content discoverability, we could increase user engagement metrics with our consumers, such as time spent on page and interaction rates, thereby enhancing overall reader satisfaction and retention

At Momentive, our vision to 'Elevate stories that matter' inspired the creation of a blog aimed at inspiring our discerning buyers. Grounded in reliable information and enriched with research, insights, and expert opinions, our goal was to empower clients to reshape their products, industries, and experiences. Leading the design efforts for the blog's system and components, I initiated the project with a thorough competitive analysis. From initial sketches and wireframes to final designs, I ensured every aspect reflected our commitment to quality and impactful storytelling.

Opportunity: How might we give our potential customers a sneak peek into what to expect when working with us?
Hypothesis: By creating detailed case study web pages and informative pages about how "Momentive Together" operates, we aim to demonstrate the positive impact on our potential customers and employees. This approach will highlight our commitment to transparency, showcase successful outcomes, and foster trust and engagement, ultimately leading to increased customer acquisition and employee satisfaction.

I was approached by the company to create case studies for the Golden State Warriors and LG, leveraging the design system that I had meticulously updated. My role involved rearchitecting the information and content provided, ensuring that it was structured in a clear and engaging manner. In addition, I developed unique components that seamlessly integrated into their existing design system. This not only highlighted the success stories of these high-profile clients but also demonstrated the flexibility and robustness of our design framework, ultimately enhancing user experience and reinforcing our brand’s commitment to excellence.
Problem: The company's current data visualizations lack consistency and uniformity, resulting in a various versions of data sets created by different employees which undermined the clarity and effectiveness of their overall data presentation.
User Problem Statement: As an employee trying to edit or create a new chart for my presentation, I need to be able to easily input my data to result what I need, so that I can finish my task on time
Opportunity: How might we make creating data visualization easy and uniform for all employees to use and implement?
Hypothesis: By creating a cohesive data visualization set with standardized charts and uniform design elements, we anticipate improved data comprehension and enhanced decision-making capabilities for stakeholders, ultimately leading to more informed business outcomes.

The lack of consistency in the company's data visualizations posed a significant problem for employees, who struggled to create cohesive materials as everyone developed their own versions of charts and graphs. This fragmentation led to confusion and inefficiency, hindering effective communication and decision-making. To address this issue, I created a comprehensive data visualization template in Google Slides and Google Sheets, complete with formulas and presets. This standardized approach made it effortless for employees to produce uniform and professional-looking charts, ensuring that all materials aligned with the company's design standards and facilitated clear, consistent data presentation.
